Lepidoptera Tower

Concept

Lepidoptera Tower is a multifunctional urban development rising in the strategic node of Zogu i Zi in Tirana. The tower is conceived as a new architectural landmark, combining residential, office, and commercial spaces in a modern vertical structure that embodies the harmony between nature and architecture.

Structure and Organization

  • 34 above-ground floors + 6 underground levels
  • Ground Floor: reception lobby, retail units, café, public services
  • 11 floors (1–11): modern offices, coworking, flexible workspaces
  • Technical Floor (12): HVAC systems, water, energy, safety
  • Transition Floor (13): buffer zone between office and residential areas
  • 20 floors (14–33): premium apartments (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom) with panoramic views
  • Floor 34: terrace with technical and recreational amenities, 360° views over Tirana

  • Parking: 6 underground levels with high capacity, EV charging stations
  • Retail Zone: shops, pharmacy, café, and daily services on the ground floor
  • Modern Offices: flexible workspaces for corporations, start-ups, and coworking

Vision

The project aims to:

  • create an integrated vertical community, where living, working, and social life coexist,
  • set new standards for high-rise construction in Albania,
  • contribute to the sustainable, technological, and aesthetic development of the capital city.
